Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Building Technician to join our team. The role requires strong technical skills in property maintenance and a commitment to ensuring smooth operations across our units. Candidates must be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair air-conditioning issues
  • Fix plumbing problems including odour, leaks, and clogged drains
  • Handle basic electrical and wiring tasks
  • Repair furniture, doors, locks, and fittings
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and routine checks
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints or urgent repairs
  • Organize storeroom and manage tools and supplies
  • Maintain task reports and updates via mobile apps

    • Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in property, hotel, or apartment maintenance
  • Hands‑on skills in air‑conditioning, plumbing, electrical & furniture repairs
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Responsible, independent, and reliable
  • Valid driving licence with ability to travel between sites
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp or task‑tracking apps
