The IT Specialist (Japanese Speaker) will support IT-related functions within the life science industry, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication in Japanese. This role is based in Subang Jaya and requires proficiency in Japanese language as well as technical expertise.

Description

The incumbent will provide IT support and contribute to the organization’s technology initiatives, particularly for Japanese-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and troubleshooting services to ensure seamless system operations.
• Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to address IT-related inquiries.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
• Assist in implementing new IT systems and applications.
• Analyze and resolve system errors to improve functionality.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and tools.
