Job Description
Overview : An exciting opportunity to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as an “Asset Manager” specializing in internet system-related assets. The client is a renowned network equipment manufacturer providing routers, security products, cloud services, and online conferencing tools, supporting global communication infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize IT assets (hardware, software, licenses), ensuring they remain in optimal condition. Support will be provided via phone and email.
- Provide IT asset management services
- Verify, update, and consolidate asset information
- Manage data discrepancies (MACD support)
- Verify integrity of product installation data (IB)
- Support maintenance contract and license renewals
- Analyze usage and propose optimization measures
- Conduct compliance checks and handle customer inquiries
Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree + 1–4 years of customer service experience, including at least 2 years in IT roles OR Diploma / vocational school with 3 years relevant experienceEnglish proficiency : B1 level or higher (TOEIC 600–780)Advanced Excel skills, experience with Tableau or Power BI, data analysis skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsPreferred Qualifications :
Experience in contract renewals, quotations, invoicing, price management, and sales tracking (3+ years)ITIL or HAM / SAM certification holdersWorking Hours :
Option 1 : 8 : 00–17 : 00Option 2 : 9 : 00–18 : 00 (5-day work week, weekends off). Hours may change in future.Salary & Benefits :
