Job Description
Your responsibilities as the Front Desk cum Admin Officer will include but not limited to :
- Always attend to all incoming and outgoing calls courteously and professionally. Ensure all inquiries be directed to the correct party.
- Managing all incoming and outgoing mails including courier services and goods deliveries and to sort and distribute them accordingly and timely.
- Greet and welcome Guest / Visitors and inform company personnel of guest arrival and offer drinks if need be.
- Coordinate daily operations pertaining to facilities and services at HQ, warehouse and outlets including meeting rooms, pantry, cafeteria, office equipment, cleaning services, waste disposal, plants, washrooms etc.
- Management of Pest Control Services for HQ & Outlets.
- Preparation of PO / PR and gathering of invoice / bills & supporting documents for approval.
- Monitoring, re-ordering and replenishment of non-Trade items like stationaries, name cards, letterhead, F&B etc.
- Ensure that reception area are kept tidy and organised at all times.
- Any other assignments as directed by immediate superior as and when required.
Qualifications
Candidate must have the following requirement :
Computer savvyProfessional proficiency in both English & MalayAt least diploma holders with 1 year experience as Receptionist and / or administrative departmentGood organizational skillsGood time management and able to work in a fast pace environmentPleasant personality and positive attitudesAdditional Information
