Craft and execute brand strategies across diverse social media channels. Create consistent social media content plans that reflect brand identity and craft social media posts across platforms to boost engagements. Efficiently manage social media campaigns and high volume of daily social media posts. Compile monthly reports detailing social media marketing efforts. Provide recommendations to refine the social media marketing strategy for maximum effectiveness. Skilled in utilizing tools like Facebook Insights to interpret social media analytics, simplifying complex data for non-technical users, and optimizing brand performance. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices. Collaborate closely with internal team members and external parties such as designers, writers, video teams, and media publishers to ensure smooth project execution. Job Requirements :

Possess a diploma or degree in Advertising, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field. At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in a social media / content / digital marketing / advertising / marketing related field. Great at communicating and confident in presentations. Able to pitch ideas to clients, brief and discuss with internal team members. Strong time management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders with shifting priorities. Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, meticulous and willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas and workflow. Strong professional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin would be a bonus. Versatile in working independently and cooperatively within team dynamics. Proven track record in managing social media campaigns and growing a brand with storytelling.
