Ensure all engagement and promotional activities comply with regulatory requirements and uphold company standards. Track and analyze partner performance, providing insights and strategy adjustments to improve results. Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets. Who are we looking for :
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.
- Fresh graduates with strong motivation and learning agility are welcome Training will be provided.
- Solid understanding of operations and sales cycle is preferred.
- Professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity in client interactions.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
