Role Description

• Manage full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial statements. Update monthly management accounts with detailed listing and analysis for management review. Verify and ensure proper authorization on all accounting related transactions
• Oversee GL, AR, and AP modules
• Review all transactions done by subordinates and ensure subordinates have keyed into the system correctly
• Prepare all reconciliations, including pay‑ro, inter‑co balances, AR, AP, bank, etc.
• Responsible for filing the accounting documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare sub‑contractor statements and reconciliation
• Update project status report and liaise with Site Team and Project teams on project certification
• Prepare payment vouchers and cheques to ensure payments are made on time and adhere to payment policy
• Perform any other duties & responsibilities assigned by immediate superior or company from time to time
