Service Engineer Executive

Responsibilities

• a. Ensure that servicing tasks are carried out in accordance with the Customers’ requirements. Tasks may include that equipment is returned to the original manufacturers’ specifications and that the latest specifications for hardware / firmware / software modifications are incorporated where appropriate.
• b. Provide Technical Support for Customer servicing enquiries.
• c. Provide progress reports on servicing tasks and ensure that any problems or delays are conveyed immediately to the Customer.
• d. Ensure all lab's instruments are calibrated prior to the due date.
• e. Ensure the lab Performance Test system with the latest version software and well updated.
• f. Ensure that any problems and delays are conveyed immediately to the customer.
• g. To provide front line support to customers.
• h. To perform services in-house and on site
• i. To maintain the lab's standard.
• j. To perform diagnose and repair of Airborne radio equipment.
• k. To support MS ISO9001, IEC / ISO17025, EN / AS 9110.
• l. To do preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on site, diagnose and repair of instrument.
• m. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
