Responsibilities
- Product & Data Analysis (40%) : Analyze market share and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Promotion Management (30%) : Plan and execute in-store promotions and campaigns.
- POSM Management (30%) : Oversee point-of-sale materials and ensure timely deployment.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive shopper-focused initiatives.
- Campaign Execution : Support special packs, new product development (NPD), and annual campaign rollouts.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Experience : Minimum 1 year in FMCG, with at least 60% in trade marketing operations and 40% in planning.Skills :Strong analytical and execution capabilities.
High interpersonal and communication skills.Familiarity with Nielsen data is a plus.Languages : Proficient in English.Preferred Attributes
