Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior E-Commerce Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations of our online platforms, including daily sales, inventory, product listings, promotional setup, and post-campaign analysis. You will play a key role in ensuring the e-commerce storefront is always up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for customer engagement and sales performance.

Responsibilities

Product and Inventory Management
Promotion and Pricing
Platform Maintenance
Campaign Execution & Coordination
Reporting, Analysis & Process Optimization
E-commerce operations and process

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Familiar with online store CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Marketplaces or custom systems).

Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for stock and campaign tracking.
