Assistant Manager, Investment

Key Responsibilities

• Build, organize, and maintain detailed financial models to facilitate the identification and evaluation of potential investment projects including : existing assets, re-developments, joint-venture opportunities as well as other relevant opportunities.
• Perform project, asset and fund level valuation and analysis, structure financial models, conduct reviews, scenario / sensitivity analysis across all relevant sectors and interpret and translate these data into underwriting narrative for the Management
• Develop, implement and revise internal investment and asset management strategies and procedures by utilising internal resources as well as market intelligence and research data
• Collaborate with internal business functions and / or external advisors to support the pursuit, underwriting and due diligence of new investment opportunities and investment process and other corporate exercises from identification stage to execution of the transaction
• Maintain a detailed database of comparable property sales, development projects and other relevant market data on competitors
• Keep abreast of market activity, collate and analyse market data to support the assessment of each project.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
