Job Brief
A proactive and detail-oriented team player who supports the management and growth of digital lending products. The role involves assisting in research, partner engagement, implementation planning, and post-launch performance tracking to ensure the continued success and improvement of digital lending solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential digital solutions and business partners, and support in preparing proposals and business cases for new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate deal structuring, financial assessments, and partnership documentation.
- Work closely with UI / UX designers, business analysts, and project management teams to deliver high-quality digital lending experiences.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to identify enhancement areas and support roadmap planning.
- Support product adoption initiatives by contributing to data-driven campaigns and optimization of user touchpoints.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and engagement initiatives to acquire, retain, and cross-sell users, while tracking campaign performance and reporting outcomes.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and insights for business growth.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to update management and stakeholders on product performance and improvement plans.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).3–5 years of experience in digital product management or lending products (personal loans, BNPL, micro-lending, etc.).Proven track record in digital product launches and lifecycle management within fintech, banking, or consumer finance.Capable of driving product innovation and digital transformation initiatives.Strong understanding of digital lending products, credit scoring, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and presentation skills.High adaptability, analytical mindset, and customer-first orientation.Our Perks and Benefits
