Overview

Shift Supervision
- Lead and supervise baristas during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Assign tasks, manage break schedules, and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
Operational Duties
Open and close the store, including cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and communicate needs to the manager.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and café area.Team Development
Train, mentor, and motivate junior baristas.Provide feedback and support to improve performance and skills.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of barista experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and café operations.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle cash, manage stock, and oversee shift operations.Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.What We Offer
