Senior Compliance Manager Reporting line :

Head of Compliance Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of compliance professionals to promote a strong ethics-based culture within the organization. Advise the business on compliance matters, including during product development, to mitigate risks and ensure fair outcomes for customers. Monitor business activities, sales practices, and third-party conduct to ensure full adherence to regulatory and internal requirements. Serve as a key liaison with business functions to embed compliance standards into daily operations. Stay up-to-date with new laws and industry trends, and guide the business on their implementation. Prepare and present management reports on compliance status and risk assessments. Oversee internal quality reviews and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance. Qualifications

A minimum of

7 years of professional experience , with at least

3 years in the insurance industry . Solid experience in

market conduct

and

regulatory compliance . A proven ability to lead and manage a team. Strong communication skills in both English and the local language. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset. What’s on offer
