Requirements
- Achieve at least Diploma certificate
- Having 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Attention to detail with experience in financial reconciliation and vendor coordination.
- Ability to support and collaborate closely with senior management, especially the General Manager.
Responsibilities
Administrative & General Manager Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the General Manager.Coordinate schedules, priorities, and follow-ups for management tasks.Assit the MD in managing daily business operation and organization tasksBookkeeping & Banking Support
Perform daily bookkeeping and financial record keeping.Manage payment tracking, petty cash, and document filing.Handle banking matters and reconcile statements with dealers.Facilities & Operations Support
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor support.Ensure operational needs are met across departments.Support logistics, scheduling, and internal office arrangements.Admin & Vendor Management Support
Handle expense reimbursements, invoices, and account reconciliation with vendors / dealers.Benefits
