Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Cheras. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls, presenting product information to potential customers, managing customer accounts, and following up on leads. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to develop sales strategies and provide feedback to improve the sales process.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in conducting customer Training sessions
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the sales industry is a plus

Compensation

Min RM8,000 ( Basic Salary + Uncapped Sales Commission)
