We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful campaigns. In this role, you will manage junior team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build strong relationships with creators and KOLs to deliver effective client solutions.

What You'll Do

• Manage juniors on day-to-day activities and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Support in guiding the work of executives and interns, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development and Account Management, to understand client requirements and objectives.
• Utilize expertise in influencer marketing to translate client briefs into effective campaign strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Conduct negotiations with influencers regarding pricing, deliverables, and contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with campaign budget constraints and client expectations.
• Develop innovative approaches to influencer selection, content creation, and campaign activation to maximize engagement and impact.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers across relevant industries.
• Work closely with Talent Management to identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships that align with campaign goals and brand values.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and potential challenges in the influencer landscape.
