1. Account Management
Manage and maintain project accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of expenses and payments.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments to ensure timely collection.
2. Financial Reporting
Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements, project cost summaries, and cash flow forecasts.
Assist in budget planning and monitor project expenditures to ensure profitability.
3. Tender and Contract Support
Assist in preparing financial documentation for tender submissions and project proposals.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, including billing milestones and payment schedules.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Respond to inquiries and resolve any financial or account-related issues promptly and professionally.
5. Administrative Duties
Maintain proper records of project-related financial transactions and documentation.
Work closely with the project management and procurement teams to coordinate financial workflows.
6. Compliance and Audits
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
7. Others
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsible to any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.
