Junior Retail Project Manager / Assistant Manager

Penerangan pekerjaan3-5 years solid experience in retail renovation or relevant field. Knowledge in reviewing technical drawings and handling renovation process. Strong analytical & problem solving skills, sensitives to figures and statistics. Good communication, reporting writing and presentation skills. Able to supervising vendors and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivate and strategic mind set focus. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Experience in inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Manage retail renovation projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide tailored consulting solutions.
- Coordinate and manage communication between clients, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee vendor transparency, including bidding processes and annual evaluations.
- Drive vendor implementation and service improvement initiatives in line with policy guidelines.
- Prepare design proposals, reports, and cost estimates for client presentations.
- Handle inventory management to support project and operational needs.
