Responsibilities
- Manage retail renovation projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide tailored consulting solutions.
- Coordinate and manage communication between clients, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee vendor transparency, including bidding processes and annual evaluations.
- Drive vendor implementation and service improvement initiatives in line with policy guidelines.
- Prepare design proposals, reports, and cost estimates for client presentations.
- Handle inventory management to support project and operational needs.
Qualifications
3-5 years solid experience in retail renovation or relevant field.Knowledge in reviewing technical drawings and handling renovation process.Strong analytical & problem solving skills, sensitives to figures and statistics.Good communication, reporting writing and presentation skills.Able to supervising vendors and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Self-motivate and strategic mind set focus.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.Experience in inventory control is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
