Job Description

  • Source and register training programs for staff in the HRDC portal to ensure compliance and development.
  • Maintain accurate training records, reports
  • Identify and assess training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with managers.

GA Task

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance.
  • Coordinate office services such as cleaning, security, and facility management.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government authorities.

    • Additional / Ad-hoc

  • Perform other related duties and ad-hoc assignments as required by management.

    • Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience in organizing and delivering training programs.
  • Knowledge of HRDF / HRD Corp training claims (for Malaysia context).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Good planning, organization, and report-writing abilities.

  • Monday to Friday

    • Location :

  • Melaka (Preferred)
