Penerangan pekerjaanLiaise with logistics providers to arrange timely shipments, both domestic and international. Ensure compliance with export documentation, customs requirements, and shipping schedules. Monitor delivery performance and resolve logistics-related issues proactively. Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and system updates. Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. Source and procure raw materials, components, and services according to production needs. Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery. Prepare purchase orders and maintain proper procurement documentation Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in any combination of the following : planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory, or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in ERP / MRP systems and inventory management tools. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities across functions. Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes is an added advantage. The opportunity
We are a dynamic new joint venture within the Automotive Division of Globaltec Formation Berhad, specializing in the manufacturing and assembly of leaf springs, an essential component in the heavy vehicle suspension systems. We are seeking a talented Executive (Planning / Logistics / Warehouse / Inventory / Procurement) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations, including planning, logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, and procurement.
Key responsibilities
Planning & Production Coordination :
- Prepare and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and forecasted demand.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, quality, and engineering) to optimize planning and output.
