Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee and allocate daily delivery assignments and routes for drivers.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to schedule timely servicing and repairs for lorries.
- Manage driver-related issues, including leave applications, medical certificates, and attendance tracking.
- Liaise with logistics agencies to receive delivery orders and assign them effectively to drivers.
- Track and manage transportation expenses and lorry maintenance expenditures.
- Compile and present monthly reports detailing transportation costs and profit & loss analysis per vehicle.
- Provide regular updates and reports directly to upper management.
- Manage 15 drivers for truck / lorry to ensure operation efficiency, these drivers are full time job and full commission based all are Indians and Malay;
Allocate orders to different drivers, ensure each of them has 22 trips per month.
Prepare monthly report for truck cost, driver salary, etc to monitor company costing.
Job Requirement :
Minimum SPM qualification.At least 2 years of working experience in logistics or related fields.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Able to work independently, responsible, and communicate effectively in Malay with drivers. Must speak Malay, English, Mandarin / Cantonese.Chinese, male, age below 40.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
