Logistic Executive

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee and allocate daily delivery assignments and routes for drivers.
• Collaborate with the maintenance department to schedule timely servicing and repairs for lorries.
• Manage driver-related issues, including leave applications, medical certificates, and attendance tracking.
• Liaise with logistics agencies to receive delivery orders and assign them effectively to drivers.
• Track and manage transportation expenses and lorry maintenance expenditures.
• Compile and present monthly reports detailing transportation costs and profit & loss analysis per vehicle.
• Provide regular updates and reports directly to upper management.
• Manage 15 drivers for truck / lorry to ensure operation efficiency, these drivers are full time job and full commission based all are Indians and Malay;

Allocate orders to different drivers, ensure each of them has 22 trips per month.

Prepare monthly report for truck cost, driver salary, etc to monitor company costing.
