PLANT ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Optimize the plant production, increase the product quality and save production cost.
• Reduce the plant downtime and equipment breakdown.
• Schedule and arrange with Engineering Department for plant inspection, maintenance and equipment servicing.
• Enforce discipline and motivate subordinates in the production plant.
• Deal with contractors and suppliers for plant maintenance and optimization.
• Identify, initiate, recommend or provide solution for plant process.
