Job Description

Job Summary : As a Personal Banker in UOB Malaysia, you will be responsible for acquiring new-to-bank customers through proactive sales of banking products and services to achieve business targets. You will also provide financial advice to customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable banking solutions to meet their needs. In addition, you will actively participate in campaigns and activities organized by the bank to promote our brand and products.

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through proactive sales of banking products and services to achieve business targets.
• Provide financial advice to customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable banking solutions to meet their needs.
• Cross-sell other banking products such as loans, credit cards, deposits and investment products to existing customers.
• Build long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and ensuring prompt responses to customer enquiries and requests.
• Actively participate in campaigns and activities organized by the bank to promote our brand and products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all banking products and services offered by UOB Malaysia.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures issued by the bank.
