Junior Surveyor (KUANTAN, PASIR GUDANG AND PORT KLANG)

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).

Detail-oriented with strong observation and reporting skills.

High integrity and professionalism in carrying out inspections.

Able to travel within West Malaysia for inspection assignments as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct detailed inspection and survey activities on ISO tanks in line with ISO 9001 requirements for monitoring and measurement of product conformity.
• Act as an independent witness during ISO tank leak tests and periodic inspections, ensuring compliance with applicable statutory and international codes.
• Record photographic evidence and prepare official QA / QC reports for submission to management, ensuring reports meet audit-ready and ISO documentation requirements.
• Collect and preserve objective evidence (photographic and written records) to support regulatory compliance, internal quality systems, and external audits.
• Compile inspection findings into comprehensive reports, ensuring timely submission for management review and maintaining audit-ready documentation in compliance with ISO record-keeping requirements.
• Maintain systematic records of inspection activities to support internal audits, third-party certification, and regulatory inspections.
• Report all irregularities, non-conformities, or suspicious practices promptly to the Head of Department, supporting corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Uphold neutrality, professionalism, and independence during inspections to avoid conflicts with customers, in line with ISO and industry standards on impartiality.
