SALES MANAGER

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant fields with a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in FMCG industries. At least 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing or industries. Highly skilled in prospecting and targeting new FMCG clients. Strong leadership skills. Demonstrated excellence and expertise in the local market with strong existing business relations. Excellent command of English, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Deep analytical skills and understanding of operational processes. Candidates from FMCG distributors / industries are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for achieving revenue growth and profit targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets.
- Oversee the performance and development of the distributor.
- Develop, establish, and maintain profitable relationships with potential customers and existing subsidiaries, ensuring timely revenue collection.
- Create a business plan and market strategy to secure sales and profit targets.
- Monitor and evaluate existing product performance, recommending and implementing appropriate pricing and distribution strategies to achieve desired sales and profit results.
- Provide sales forecasts, development plans, and product diversification.
- Ensure products meet customer expectations (quality, quantity, access, and punctuality).
- Execute additional tasks as required by management.
