About the role
We are seeking a dedicated QC Technician to join our team at LATICRETE (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Rawang, Selangor. As a contract role, this position will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our manufacturing processes and final products. Working in our quality assurance department, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards and delivering exceptional results to our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Performing regular quality inspections and testing on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
- Documenting and analysing quality control data to identify trends and propose improvements
- Collaborating with production teams to investigate and resolve quality issues
- Maintaining accurate quality records and preparing reports for management
- Ensuring all quality control procedures and protocols are followed
- Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality standards
- Assisting with the implementation of quality management systems and certifications
