Quality Specialist

Job Overview

Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and company procedures.

Support the integration of ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) requirements where applicable.

Coordinate internal and external ISO audits, including planning, documentation, and corrective action follow-up.

Track and report on quality performance indicators and system improvements to management.

Prepare timely reporting of QMS performance reports.

Conduct ISO and quality awareness sessions to strengthen compliance culture across departments.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and organizational quality requirements.

Participate in risk assessments, compliance reviews, and root cause analysis for system level deviations.

Work closely with cross-functional departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Liaise with certification bodies, regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders on ISO and compliance matters.

Maintain up-to-date documentation and audit records to demonstrate compliance and traceability.

Quality Assurance / QAQC Support (Added Advantage)

Support project teams in implementing QAQC procedures that align with ISO and company standards.

Participate in quality inspections, non-conformance reporting (NCRs) and root-cause analysis where applicable.

Review QAQC documentation (ITPs, quality reports, audit findings) to ensure integration with IMS standards.

Support QAQC monitoring activities at project sites when required.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science or related field.

Experience : Minimum 4-5 years of experience in quality management, ISO implementation or compliance roles.

Ensure all company certifications are active and valid at all times.

In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards and auditing practices.

Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills.

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and document control systems.
