Junior Quantity Surveyor (QS) cum Construction Admin
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing bills of quantities, tender documents.
- Assist on complication of project documentation
- Sourcing detail and summarize sub contractors and related information, prepare comparison and evaluation
- Monitor the cost and progress of the project of sub contractor
- Prepare claims documentation for client
- Prepare the summary of work order, v.o and po
