Test Engineer

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics) or a related field. Minimum of 3 – 7 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with performance testing and / or security testing is an advantage. Familiarity with Flying Probe ICT3070 or TR5001 equipment. Strong knowledge of box-build assembly process development and project management. Proficient in Agile / Scrum methodologies. Demonstrates advanced technical skills and strong analytical thinking. Excellent team player with strong cooperation, communication, and results-oriented mindset. Good command of English, both written and verbal. Familiar with relevant state health and safety regulations. Proven ability to manage projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
- Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze test results, and identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on testability, quality, and potential risks.
- Work cross-functionally with product management, development, and other teams to integrate quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to software testing and quality assurance.
