To handle daily administration and operation tasks
To process Purchase Order, Payment Voucher, Invoice, Payment Certificate and etc
To liaise with Supplier on quotations and proposals
To process Company Vendor registration with new clients / customers
To take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the project team
To develop and maintain document control processes for efficient management
To assist engineers on tender and project documents compilation and submission
To perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties
To assist to check and verify staffs monthly claims
To coordinate on company business travel arrangement inclusive of air-ticket, hotel accommodation and etc
To compile ISO 9001 : 2015 documentation and liaise with ISO auditor during annual audit
To support any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Administrative support or equivalent
Good command of language both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage
Self-motivated, willing to learn, hardworking, result oriented and a team player
Good communications and interpersonal skills with all level of people
Ability to handle stress and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
