Automation Project Coordinator

Objective

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and coordinate multiple projects by monitoring progress, aligning team efforts, and ensuring timely execution. This role acts as a vital link between sales, engineering, and operations to deliver successful outcomes and drive continuous improvement in project management practices. Key Responsibilities

Monitor and track multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are on schedule. Maintain and update project plans, including Gantt charts and schedules. Follow up with team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed. Prepare progress reports and status updates for management. Support sales and engineering teams in aligning customer requirements with project execution. Contribute to continuous improvement in project tracking and reporting practices. Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum SPM / Diploma or Degree in any field. Minimum 1-3 years of related working experiences in automation industry or related field. Able to handle projects independently and plan related activities. Able to handle multiple tasks and operate in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Seniority level
