Develop and execute a comprehensive yearly Content Marketing Strategy (CMS) to enhance social media engagement, grow followers, and strengthen brand affinity.Ensure that planned content strategy is completed six months ahead of each season, aligning with marketing communication topline plans, brand direction, and DNA, while addressing both top and bottom funnel needs.Oversee the identification of key products (directional products, slow-moving products) for photoshoots, ensuring the timely delivery of marketing content assets to meet sales and campaign targets.Manage content creation, scheduling, and posting across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, XHS, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.Oversee day-to-day social media activities, including community management and content moderation.Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure success, provide actionable insights, and refine strategy for improved performance.Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual representation across all digital channels.Develop and execute crisis communication plans to ensure timely responses and safeguard the brand's reputation during challenging situations.Monitor both social and traditional media for potential risks, taking proactive steps to mitigate negative coverage and maintain brand integrity.
