JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Data Entry & Record Keeping

  • Accurately record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, in accounting software.

Invoicing & Payments

  • Prepare and process invoices, track payments, and manage customer and vendor accounts.
  • Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks
  • Assisting with tax payments and filing.

    • Reconciliation

  • Reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and other accounts to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies.

    • Reporting

  • Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries of accounting activities. Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings

    • Filing

  • Maintain orderly and accessible physical and electronic financial filing systems.

    • Support Senior Staff

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to senior accountants and the accounting department.
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

    • QUALIFICATION & REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Possess a recognized SPM / Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications.
  • Experience with accounting software is an advantage and other office applications.
  • Must be able speak Mandarin, interact with internal teams, vendors, and potentially customers.
  • Able work as a team.
