Roles & Responsibilities :
- Engage with a minimum of 6 customers daily at various construction sites to build strong relationships and provide on-the-ground support.
- Conduct at least one impactful product demonstration each day to showcase solutions and drive customer value.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer service.
- Participate in sales planning and strategy development to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and Hilti's product and service offerings.
