Marketing Associate – 2026 Graduate Intake

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing GTM strategies for AIoT products based on market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights
  • Identify target customer segments, key selling points, and market entry strategies
  • Coordinate new product launch activities including timeline planning, resource allocation, and budget tracking
  • Create and implement marketing assets such as advertisements, sales toolkits, and promotional materials
  • Support the planning and execution of digital and offline campaigns
  • Assist in content creation for social media, websites, and other marketing channels
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collect and analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine GTM strategies
  • Monitor market dynamics and adjust marketing plans accordingly
  • Track and report campaign performance using data and analytics
  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts
  • Help coordinate promotional events, product launches, and other initiatives
  • Manage marketing materials and support day-to-day operations
  • Complete tasks assigned by mentor or supervisor as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficient in market analysis tools and data management techniques
  • Fast learner with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Proactive, resilient, and highly accountable in execution
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese as working language
