Store Manager (Apparel Fashion)

Drive key performance metrics including sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation. Implement effective staff scheduling and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide coaching and performance feedback to enhance team capability. Manage store budgets, expenses, and ensure profitability. Uphold brand standards and ensure the highest level of service quality. At least 5 years of retail management experience in apparel or fashion. Proven track record of leading a team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong understanding of visual merchandising and brand presentation. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
