Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or equivalent. Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Purchasing Officer. Disciplined, with high integrity and self-motivation. Results-driven and committed to achieving management standards. Strong communication skills in spoken and written English; Chinese is an advantage. Min RM 2200 + EPF + SOCSO + EIS Employee Meals Medical Coverage Good Career Progression Annual Leave and Weekly rest day
Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies and specifications.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and ensure competitive pricing for management approval.
- Monitor stock levels with the Storekeeper and coordinate timely supplier deliveries.
- Support sourcing of new items, suppliers, or sub-contractors, and liaise with the Kitchen Department on daily purchases and market lists.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, data, and departmental files / databases.
