Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management or related field. 5-7 years of experience in procurement. Very well experienced and preferable from any manufacturing background. Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Required skill(s) : computer literate including Microsoft Excel advanced level Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in procurement software. Full Time Position base in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities :
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- To be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials to support our operations.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Lead and mentor junior procurement staff.
