Supplier Development : Responsible for identifying and developing new suppliers in Kulim and surrounding areas, covering fields such as electrical components, hardware parts, sheet metal processing parts, and mechanical processing parts.
Supplier Evaluation : Conduct audits on potential suppliers, assessing their production capacity, quality control, delivery capability, and cost-effectiveness.
Price Negotiation : Negotiate prices, delivery dates, and payment terms with suppliers to ensure optimal procurement costs.
Contract Management : Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts to ensure that the terms meet the company's requirements.
Supplier Relationship Maintenance : Maintain good communication with suppliers, solve problems in a timely manner, and ensure the stability of the supply chain.
Market Research : Continuously track market dynamics, understand fluctuations in raw material prices and industry trends, and provide a basis for the company's procurement decisions.
Cross-departmental Collaboration : Work closely with departments such as R&D, production, quality, and logistics to ensure that materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Qualifications :
1 Educational requirement : Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to those majoring in supply chain management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related fields.
Work experience : At least 3 years of relevant procurement experience, familiar with the procurement processes of electrical components, hardware parts, sheet metal processing parts and mechanical processing parts.
Language requirements : Proficient in Mandarin and English, able to communicate effectively with local Chinese suppliers and international suppliers.
Local experience : Familiar with the supply chain market in Kulim and surrounding areas, with priority given to those who have local supplier resources.
Skill requirements :
o Possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
o Familiar with procurement processes and supplier management.
o Proficient in using ERP systems and office software (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
o Have good professional ethics and team spirit.
o Able to work under pressure and have strong problem-solving skills.
o Possess strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
