Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma in logistics management, supply chain management, warehouse management, administration, or related fields preferred. At least 1 year of experience in logistics or warehouse industry preferred; fresh graduates are welcome. Familiarity with warehouse procedures, standards, and management systems; proficient in office software. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage. Logistics Management Logistics Planning Global and International Logistics Chinese Language Skills Four-day workweek, providing more personal time. Opportunity to participate in employee-led operations and growth.
Job Summary
This role involves supervising warehouse operations to ensure smooth daily activities, including inventory management and timely order fulfillment. It offers an opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment focused on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Strictly follow the company's standard operating procedures (SOP) for warehousing and outbound operations to maintain accuracy and integrity of goods.
- Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory data.
- Process customer orders according to SOP to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor order progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
