Job Description : Client Engagement Manager
Our Client Engagement team serves as the strategic front line for our clients . They are partners who identify client needs and work to provide thoughtful solutions with measurable results. On any given day, you will
- Act as the primary point of contact, building and strengthening key client relationships through trusted partnership and exceptional delivery.
- Serve as the central hub for projects , guiding multidisciplinary teams and collaborating daily with strategy, creative, media, and tech to ensure work is on brief, on time, and on budget.
- Manage all project-level financials , including developing achievable budgets, authoring SOWs, and tracking project health to ensure financial success.
- Translate client objectives into clear, insightful creative briefs and contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans.
- Proactively identify opportunities for organic growth within your accounts and partner with senior leadership to develop and present new proposals.
- Maintain project momentum by managing tasks, tracking issues, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with both clients and internal teams.
- Guide and mentor Client Engagement Executives and Client Engagement Associates, fostering a culture of accountability and helping the team solve problems effectively .

2-4+ years of experience in a digital or integrated agency environment, managing client accounts.A proven track record of managing multiple complex projects and work streams in a fast-paced creative environment.Strong experience in authoring SOWs , managing project budgets, and tracking financials.A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in one of the following areas :Digital / Advertising and Public Relations
