Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation of Credit Administration functions, including monitoring the Sales and Purchaser Agreements, loan documentation, progressive billings, and collections until delivery of vacant possession and in compliance with policies related to sub‑sale matters, refinancing, and transfer of titles.
- Update data into the system and maintain filing systems of purchasers’ records, collections, and documentation.
- Liaise with purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors and other parties to ensure proper documentation and early loan releases.
- Attend to execution of SPA and loan documentation, issue undertaking letters to end financiers and perform daily administration activities of the department.
- Generate progressive billings, reminders and notices of termination to purchasers / end‑financiers in accordance with policies.
- Ensure timely collection of billings and proper follow‑up on all collection‑related tasks.
- Issue official receipts to the respective parties upon receiving payment and prepare accounting‑related documentation.
- Attend to any other tasks assigned by superior and / or Head of Department.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Business Management / Marketing or equivalent.At least 1‑year experience in Credit Administration in property development.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Computer literate; knowledge of a Developer Property system is an added advantage.Self‑motivated, independent, hardworking, and positive.Benefits
