Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

  • Data Accuracy : Ensure accuracy of company warehouse-related assets.
  • System & Workflow Management : Assist in establishing, maintaining, and optimizing the asset management system and processes.
  • Issue Response & Resolution : Provide timely feedback and resolve daily operational issues and unexpected incidents.
  • Inventory Control : Identify and resolve problems discovered during stocktaking to ensure data integrity.
  • Client Support : Liaise with clients to answer inquiries and provide asset-related support.
  • Supply Chain Coordination : Collaborate with supply chain teams in asset receiving, inspection, and inventory verification.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, or related discipline).
  • Experience : Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in asset management, logistics, or data centre operations will be an advantage.
  • Language Skills : Proficient in Chinese and English (spoken & written).
  • Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); able to learn and use asset management systems.
  • Detail-Oriented : Strong accuracy and organizational skills for data and asset tracking.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to respond quickly and effectively to issues.
  • Collaboration : Good communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently when required.
