Job descriptionEducation : Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, or related discipline). Experience : Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in asset management, logistics, or data centre operations will be an advantage. Language Skills : Proficient in Chinese and English (spoken & written). Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); able to learn and use asset management systems. Detail-Oriented : Strong accuracy and organizational skills for data and asset tracking. Problem-Solving : Ability to respond quickly and effectively to issues. Collaboration : Good communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently when required.
Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Data Accuracy : Ensure accuracy of company warehouse-related assets.
- System & Workflow Management : Assist in establishing, maintaining, and optimizing the asset management system and processes.
- Issue Response & Resolution : Provide timely feedback and resolve daily operational issues and unexpected incidents.
- Inventory Control : Identify and resolve problems discovered during stocktaking to ensure data integrity.
- Client Support : Liaise with clients to answer inquiries and provide asset-related support.
- Supply Chain Coordination : Collaborate with supply chain teams in asset receiving, inspection, and inventory verification.
