Its expertise includes - Airfreight & Sea freight (Import & Export), Transhipment Cargoes, Consolidation Services, Custom Brokerage, Warehouse, Distribution & Packing Services, Projects & Exhibition Cargoes, Cargo Insurance and Warehousing. Responsibilities : To communicate & deal with warehouse admin team for daily job inventory update. Daily check & ensure warehouse daily jobs receive up to date in job summary list & system by warehouse admin team. Daily check & ensure Tally Sheet In / Out (TSI / TSO) was receive once job completed from warehouse operation team. To check & ensure daily data in Job Summary Inventory (JSI) & system was up to date by warehouse admin team. To check & ensure all the job done documents was compile & have proper filing. To check & ensure each warehouse inventory report was up to date according to daily, weekly & monthly. To compile and ensure each warehouse JSI & system monthly stock report was matching & accuracy for submission of billing Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior / management from time to time. Requirements : Candidates must possess at least SPM. At least 1-2 years (s) of working experience in logistics / warehousing. Ability to operate a computer and use standard software applications. Languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia. Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm; Saturday, 9.00am to 1.00pm. Willing to work half day on Saturday. Willing to work in
