Plan and execute the recruitment and selection process to meet hiring needs effectively. Manage staffing documentation and prepare HR reports Handle industrial relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws. Monitor and coordinate manpower planning according to the company’s direction. Organize and maintain an accurate HR database with up-to-date employee records. Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and HR-related matters. Assist the Legal Officer when required on debt recovery and rented property matters. Lead and support HR projects to achieve company objectives and strategic plans. Requirements
Education : Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience : Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage. Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer-literate. Other Skills : 1.Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. 2.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the organization. 3.Knowledge of statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, HRDF). 4.Good understanding of the Malaysia Employment Act and statutory guidelines.
