We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Equipment Manager (Testing) based in Melaka - to lead the maintenance, performance, and lifecycle management of our testing equipment. This role is critical in ensuring optimal equipment functionality, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety and quality standards. You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance and oversee inventory, repair records, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience from a semiconductor background.

Key Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues quickly and cost-effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment status, repairs, and inventory.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive improvements in reliability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with teams to assess equipment needs and manage procurement.
• Ensure all equipment meets safety and quality standards.
• Manage external contractors for maintenance and service support.
• Supervise maintenance staff, including performance reviews and HR approvals.
