Job Summary :
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role involves overseeing the marketing department and guiding its staff to meet organizational marketing objectives, drive growth, and enhance brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning :
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target market insights.
Campaign Management :
Plan, launch, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, events, and social media.
Brand Management :
Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Market Research :
Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to refine marketing tactics.
Digital Marketing Oversight :
Manage online presence, SEO / SEM, email campaigns, social media, and website content strategy.
Budget Management :
Plan and manage marketing budgets and measure ROI for all activities.
Team Leadership :
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of marketing professionals and external vendors.
Performance Analysis :
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using analytics tools and KPIs.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
3 years of experience in sales & marketing in property development company
Proven ability to develop marketing plans and campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Creative thinking with an analytical mindset
