Responsibilities :
Financial Reporting & Consolidation :
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for the group in accordance with IFRS / MFRS.
Budgeting & Forecasting :
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management :
Oversee group cash flow planning, ensuring optimal liquidity management.
Tax & Compliance :
Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
Internal Controls & Process Improvement :
Develop and implement strong internal controls and financial policies.
Stakeholder Management :
Collaborate with business unit leaders to drive financial performance.
Requirements :
Experience : Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in group finance, accounting, or auditing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of IFRS / MFRS, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Soft Skills :
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
